If you have had a cannabis misdemeanor on your record in San Diego, you will be contacted by the City Attorney’s to wipe your criminal record clean. This relates to any cannabis misdemeanor in San Diego as defined by someone who was convicted with low level amounts of cannabis. The San Diego City Attorney’s office has been proactive about researching San Diegans through reviewing databases of the Superior Court, City Attorney’s Office and California Department of Justice.
